Meet Heidi Louise Torralba, age 20 from Davao City (but currently living and studying in Quezon City), Philippines…Describe your style: Casual and comfortable.
Last item of clothing you bought and for how much?
A blue star-spangled Mango top for P898 that I bought during the holidays, among other items.
Dream Job? To be a print model or work for a fashion magazine.
Your fashion inspiration? Pretty much everything. I take inspiration from movies, music, certain eras like 50′s, 70′s, and 90′s, fashion bloggers, and Gossip Girl.
Something about yourself most people don’t know:
It may not show but I’ve always wanted to see myself in the glossy pages of a fashion magazine ever since I was 10, even if I wasn’t very keen about fashion that time. Oh, and I suck at applying eye make-up.
)
What color do you own most of: Blue. I definitely have to add more colors to my wardrobe, as part of my 2012 fashion resolution! Haha!
Fav stores: Forever 21, Mango, bazaars/thrift shops
One outfit you couldn’t live without?
The v-neck + skinny jeans + ballet flats combo. This is my ultimate go-to outfit on days I can’t decide on what to wear.
Fav designer? If I have to specify one, it would have to be Marc Jacobs.
Fav fashion mag?
Back then it was Seventeen but I stopped buying magazines for quite some time now and heavily rely on http://www.collegefashion.net/.
Fashion mantra? “Dress up and feel pretty.”
No matter what the occasion and no matter what mood I’m in, I always make sure I feel beautiful and confident in what I’m wearing. It’s very important to feel good about yourself.
Any other info we should know?
On certain days when I wanna feel extra pretty and girly, I wear a skirt or dress. My boyish side still comes out, though. I’m not the most lady-like person you’ll meet and I’m pretty much “one of the boys.”
