Meet Loretta, age 15 from Toronto…
Describe Your Style: To be honest I don’t really have a style, what style of clothing I decide to wear that day, totally depends on my mood. But I would say my style is very girly and quirky, but at the same time, I try to add a little edge.
Last item of clothing you bought and for how much: The last clothing item I bought would actually be a pair of lace tights. I bought them at CNE for like only 5 dollars. It was really nice though, it has pink floral designs along the black lace.
Dream Job: I would love to become a wedding planner, but I feel that being a wedding planner will always be a ‘dream job’. It can be very stressful, and as much as I want to help people plan their big day, I don’t think I can handle the stress!
Your Fashion Inspiration: I get fashion inspirations from mainly blogs and magazines. I feel that by reading blogs, I can see other people’s fashion style, and sort of see what I like myself. While reading magazines, keep me up to date, and I just love going through a magazine , and being like “omg, I neeeed that!” . As for people that inspire me, fashion wise, would be the Olsen twins. I love their style, I literally love everything they wear, and I would die to own their closet.
Something about yourself most people don’t know: Something about myself that people don’t know is that I’m hella shy. Maybe it’s because no one here really knows me in real life, but everyone seems to think I’m very outgoing. Well , I mean of course I’m out going, but I can be sooo shy.
What colour do you own most of: The colour that I own most of would probably have to be navy. I went through this phase where I really really liked the colour navy. Now, my closet is starting to build up with browns and neutrals…I think I’m going through another colour phase.
Favourite Stores: My favourite stores have got to be H&M and Zara. I think that they are very good with keeping up with the trends and although some pieces in those stores can be a bit pricey the quality is really nice. And in Zara, they have sales often, and when they do go on sale, everything is very affordable. I swear everything I own is basically from either Zara, or H&M. Or Forever 21. Just because I used to love Forever 21, but now, I feel that the price of some of the pieces aren’t worth it, because the quality is not the very best. I still love their accessories though!
One outfit you couldn’t live without? The one outfit I wouldn’t be able to live without would be a big knitted jumper, leggings, and combat boots. That is like my everyday Fall/Winter outfit. It’s so warm and chic at the same time.
Favourite Designer: Alexander McQueen, no doubt. He started the trend of like sculls on scarves. He is omg.
Favourite Magazine: Teen Vogue or Seventeen
Any other info we should know? Nothing really, but the fact that I really want to thank you Niyah for featuring me on your blog!xx
